摘  要:以空间站太阳电池翼为应用对象,以产品设计质量有效管控为目标,利用质量功能展开(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)的正向设计将顾客需求转化为功能分解、硬件分解、指标分解、系统详细设计、部组件详细设计和零部件关重特性,并通过PDCA(策划—实施—检查—处置)迭代优化,寻求工程最优解决方案。同时,利用故障模式及影响分析(Failure Modes Effects Analysis,FMEA)的逆向分析,识别产品关键特性、技术风险、单点/不可测等薄弱环节,加强裕度和冗余等可靠性设计,并指导全流程质量控制措施的制定。通过正逆向协同设计分析方法,实现设计方案的工程最优化,实现面向产品全生命周期的设计质量源头控制,不断提高产品的可靠性。CSS Solar Array,as an application object,and the effective control of the quality of product design,as the goal,Top-Down design of QFD is utilized to transform the customer requirements to function decomposition,hardware decomposition,index decomposition,detailed design of the system,detailed design of the components,and key characteristics of the parts.Also,the optimal engineering solution is explored via an iterative optimization of PDCA.At the same time,the reverse analysis of FMEA is used to identify weak links,such as key features of products,technical risks and single point/immeasurability,strengthen reliable design like margin and redundancy,and it guides the formulation of the whole process quality control measures.Through the method of forward and reverse collaborative design analysis,the engineering optimization of design is realized,the source control of design quality oriented to the product life cycle is realized,and the reliability of products is continuously improved.
