摘  要:分析了可重复使用试验航天器热控分系统具有的设计约束多,技术难度大;研制周期短,正样研制与鉴定工作重叠开展;分系统外协产品多,管控链条长等研制特点。针对上述特点,总结了项目采取的主要产品保证工作措施,如狠抓技术风险识别与控制,严格过程管控和试验验证,开展发射场质量确认等。上述措施有效保证了试验航天器热控分系统的产品质量,为后续型号研制开展相关产品保证工作提供了借鉴。The paper analyzes the characteristics of the thermal control subsystem of reusable test spacecraft,including multiple design constraints,high technical difficulty,short development cycle,overlapping development and identification of samples,multiple outsourced products of the subsystem,and long control chain.In response to the above characteristics,the main product assurance measures adopted by the project are summarized,such as paying close attention to technical risk identification and control,strict process control and experimental verification,and conducting launch site quality confirmation.The above measures effectively ensured the quality of the thermal control subsystem products of the experimental spacecraft,which provide a reference for subsequent models to carry out related product assurance work.
