超声心动图对急性心肌梗死后左心室重构评估的临床应用进展

摘　　要：部分急性心肌梗死患者在及时经皮冠状动脉介入治疗开通狭窄血管后,仍会发生左心室重构的相关问题,包括左心室解剖形态改变、容积扩大、功能减低、继发二尖瓣反流和左心房扩大等,以上各因素密切关联,相互作用,继而影响患者预后。超声心动图作为心血管影像检查一线方法,可对急性心肌梗死后左心室重构及相关情况进行详细评估和定期监测,本文分析总结了超声心动图近年来评估左心室重构的相关方法和进展。Some patients with acute myocardial infarction may still experience left ventricular remodeling after receiving percutaneous coronary intervention to open culprit blood vessels,including geometric changes in the left ventricle,volume expansion,decreased function,secondary mitral regurgitation and left atrial enlargement.These factors are closely related and interact with each other,thus affecting the prognosis of the patients.As a first-line method for cardiovascular imaging,echocardiography can be used to conduct detailed evaluation and regular monitoring of left ventricular remodelling and related conditions after acute myocardial infarction.We here analyzed and summarized the relevant methods and progress of echocardiography in evaluating left ventricular remodelling in recent years.
