摘 要:通过问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对安庆师范大学体育学院学生参加健身教练培训现状进行研究.安庆师范大学健身教练培训方面存在人数少且男女比例失衡,培训校外为主,培训内容多、周期短,缺乏社会实践等问题.究其原因主要有:学校不重视健身健美课程的开展,学校健身教练培训场地设施缺少,校外培训内容设计不合理,校外培训以营利为目的等.在此基础上提出建议:安庆师范大学应加强科班教育,重视健身健美课程的开展;健全基础设施,构建校内健身教练培训机制;校内健身教练培训应明确培养目标,合理设计培训内容;以培养“人才”为己任,加强社会实践等.Through research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,logical analysis,and mathematical statistics,this study investigates the current situation of students participating in fitness coach training at the School of Physical Education of Anqing Normal University.The results showed that the number of the fitness coaches of Anqing Normal University is small,the ratio of male to female is unbalanced,the training is mainly off-campus,the training content is multi-cycle,the learning is short,the training lacks social practice and so on.The main reasons are as follows:the university not paying attention to the development of fitness courses,the lack of training facilities for school fitness coaches,the unreasonable design of off-campus training content,and the profit-oriented off-campus training.On this basis,it is proposed that Anqing Normal University should strengthen the education of subject classes and attach importance to the development of fitness and fitness courses,improve infrastructure and establish a training mechanism for fitness coaches on campus,in school fitness coach training,the training objectives should be clearly defined and the training content should be reasonably designed,and take cultivating“talents”as our own responsibility,strengthen social practice,etc.
