体教融合背景下甘肃高校羽毛球运动的实践与对策——以兰州某高校为例

摘　　要：以兰州某高校为例,探讨了羽毛球运动在甘肃省高校的开展现状及对策,提出从顶层设计、政策引领、教师培养、课程设置、后备人才培养等5个方面推进高校羽毛球运动的策略.在体教融合背景下,建议科学规划发展目标,提升羽毛球课程质量,打造羽毛球课程特色,优化俱乐部训练体系,融合发展社团活动,多元化突出赛事引领,把落实学校体教融合主体责任与贯彻“教、赛、练”课程教学改革方法相统一,不断丰富学生体育活动,夯实体育人才储备,合理有效配置资源,从而促进学校体育教学改革.Taking a university in Lanzhou as an example,this paper discusses the status quo and countermeasures of badminton entering colleges and universities in Gansu Province,and puts forward macro strategies for promoting badminton into campuses from five aspects,including top-level design,policy guidance,teacher training,curriculum setting,and reserve personnel training.It is suggested that under the background of the integration of sports and education,a college should scientifically plan its development goals,improve the quality of badminton courses,build the characteristics of badminton courses,optimize the club training system,integrate and develop community activities,diversify and highlight the guidance of competitions,unify the main responsibility for the integration of sports and education in schools with the implementation of the teaching reform method of“teaching,competition and training”,constantly enrich students’sports activities,consolidate the reserve of sports talents,and allocate resources reasonably and effectively,so as to promote the reform of school physical education.
