摘　　要：研究了改造项目电气特点。结合改造项目分类及规范使用原则,通过案例分析,在机电改造流程、踏勘研究、业态变化、容量分析、改造方式、设备利旧、应急照明、消防报警及智能化等方面,提供了措施和经验。In this paper,the electrical characteristics of renovation projects are studied.Combined with the classification and standards use principles of renovation projects,through case analysis,measures and experiences are provided in the aspects of electromechanical renovation process,field survey,format change,capacity analysis,renovation modes,old equipments utilization,emergency lighting,fire alarm,intelligence and so on.
