摘　　要：介绍了50%(质量分数)碱和99%(质量分数)片碱蒸发装置的工艺及运行情况,对生产过程中出现的问题进行了分析,提出了解决方法;总结了生产中异常现象的处理方法。The process and operation of 50%(mass fraction)caustic soda solution evaporation unit and 99%(mass fraction)flake caustic soda evaporation unit were introduced.The problems that occurred during production were analyzed and solutions were proposed.The handling method for abnormal phenomenain production was summarized.
