摘 要:对等压出油阀回油阀座面的不同加工方式进行了比较分析,结合实际生产中回油阀外圆及座面的加工情况,对外圆及座面的精密加工工艺进行了实际对比分析。结果表明,针对外圆使用高精度无心磨加工工艺可以缩短工艺路线,降低生产成本;针对座面使用托磨加工工艺可以提高座面精度及生产效率。Based on the comparison and analysis of different processing methods of the return valve seat's cone surface of the constant pressure delivery valve,combined with the processing conditions of the return valve outer circle and seat's cone surface in the actual production,the actual comparison and analysis of the precision processing technology of the outer circle and seat surface are carried out,and it is believed that the use of high-precision cylindrical centerless grinding technology for the outer circle can shorten the processing route and production costs;For the seat's cone surface,using the supporting grinding process can improve the seat's cone surface precision and production efficiency.
