摘 要:为了研究磁铁矿粉在旋转磁场中的运移规律,首先,设计一种中间给料、底端排尾矿、顶端排精矿和部分尾矿的新型螺旋管式磁选设备,并搭建试验平台;其次,采用多物理场仿真软件COMSOL对其流场和磁场进行数值模拟,对螺旋分选管上下部出口截面位置的矿石颗粒进行受力分析与示踪模拟;第三,采用高速相机观察分选管内磁性颗粒的运移规律;最后,进行粗精矿分选试验。研究结果表明:在旋转磁场作用下,螺旋管内的磁性颗粒发生与旋转磁场转向相反的运移;在旋转磁场反向驱动作用下,下行分选管内磁性颗粒被螺旋向上提升进而被“回收”;上行分选管内磁性颗粒在被提升的同时与非磁性颗粒在磁场与离心力的作用下发生径向分离;在给料流量为4.85~6.00 L/min、给矿质量分数为10%的条件下,将原矿TFe品位由61.69%提升至68.15%~68.49%,精矿中SiO_(2)质量分数由10.14%降至5.61%~5.76%,精矿产率为90.03%~90.58%,精矿TFe回收率为98.13%。In order to study the migration law of magnetite powder in rotating magnetic field,firstly,a new type of spiral tube magnetic separation equipment with intermediate feeding,bottom discharge tailings,top discharge concentrate and partial tailings was designed,and a test platform was built.Secondly,the COMSOL multi-physical field simulation software was used to simulate the flow field and magnetic field,and the force analysis and tracer simulation of the ore particles at the upper and lower outlet sections of the spiral sorting tube were carried out.Thirdly,the migration law of magnetic particles in the separation tube was observed by high-speed camera.Finally,the coarse concentrate separation test was carried out.The results show that under the action of the rotating magnetic field,the magnetic particles in the spiral tube moves in the opposite direction of the rotating magnetic field.The magnetic particles in the downward separation tube are spirally lifted up and then"recovered"by the reverse driving effect of the rotating magnetic field.The magnetic particles in the upward separation tube are lifted and separated from the non-magnetic particles in the radial direction under the action of magnetic field and centrifugal force.Under the condition of feed flow rate of 4.85−6.00 L/min and feed mass fraction of 10%,the TFe grade of raw ore is increased from 61.69%to 68.15%−68.49%,the SiO_(2)mass fraction in the concentrate is reduced from 10.14%to 5.61%−5.76%,the concentrate yield is 90.03%−90.58%,and the concentrate TFe recovery rate is 98.13%.
