摘 要:提出一种新型装配式双拼槽钢开孔组合梁,以钢梁腹板开孔长度为参数,设计4根开孔组合梁和1根实腹组合梁,进行静力性能试验,研究开孔形式对各试件破坏模式、延性、界面滑移、截面剪力分布以及整体工作性能的影响。基于空腹桁架理论,提出考虑剪切变形、洞口处剪力次弯矩局部变形的双拼槽钢开孔组合梁挠度计算方法。研究结果表明:新型装配式双拼槽钢开孔组合梁具有良好的整体工作性能;圆形开孔时组合梁表现为弯曲破坏,修圆矩形开孔时组合梁表现为空腹破坏(vierendeel mechanism);开孔形式对双拼槽钢组合梁的刚度和承载力影响显著;与实腹梁相比,圆形开孔时组合梁初始刚度下降12%,极限承载力下降10%;而开孔长度为900 mm的修圆矩形开孔组合梁初始刚度下降60%,极限承载力下降27%;腹板开孔提高了双拼槽钢组合梁的延性,而修圆矩形开孔组合梁与圆形开孔组合梁相比延性略降低;开孔可提高混凝土板抗剪贡献,随着开孔长度增大,各试件混凝土板承担截面总剪力的24%~28%;采用的双拼槽钢开孔组合梁挠度计算方法所得理论值与试验值吻合良好。A new type of prefabricated perforated double-channels composite beam was proposed.Static test was performed on four perforated composite beams,and an unperforated composite beam was designed taking the length of web opening as the study parameter.The effect of the opening type on the failure mode,ductility,interfacial slip,shear distribution and overall working performance of each specimen was studied.The deflection calculation method was proposed based on the vierendeel truss theory by considering the shear deformation and the deformation caused by the vierendeel moment at the openings.The results show that the proposed composite beams have good overall composite performance.The composite beam with circular openings exhibits bending failure,while the composite beams with elongated web openings exhibit the vierendeel mechanism failure.Compared with the unperforated composite beam,the initial stiffness and the ultimate bearing capacities of composite beam with circular opening decrease by 12%and 10%,respectively.In comparison,the initial stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of the composite beam with 900 mm long hole decrease by 60%and 27%,respectively.The prefabricated double-channels composite beam ductility is improved significantly by introducing web openings.However,compared with the cellular composite beam,the ductility of the composite beam with elongated web opening is reduced.The contribution of the concrete slab to the shear resistance increases from 24%to 28%as the opening length increases.It is recommended to utilize double-channels composite beam with circular and 400 mm long elongated web openings in practical engineering.The theoretical results obtained by the method for calculating the deflection of the double channel steel beam with openings are in good agreement with the experimental results.
