摘  要:为研究气化温度和水洗预处理对玉米秸秆氧气-水蒸气气化特性的影响,借助扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、比表面积与孔隙度分析仪、气相色谱仪(GC)和气质联用仪(GC-MS)等表征不同工况下的气化产物。研究结果表明:在400℃和600℃下制得的焦油中2,3-二氢苯并呋喃的质量分数最高,在800℃和1000℃下制得的焦油中苯酚的质量分数最高。从400℃到1000℃,含氧官能团取代的芳香族化合物逐渐转变为多环芳烃,苯酚的质量分数从5.07%增加至17.37%,合成气中H_(2)和CO的体积分数升高,CH_(4)和CO_(2)的体积分数降低,热值和H_(2)与CO的物质的量比增加。水洗预处理降低了在800℃下由玉米秸秆气化所得合成气中H_(2)和CO的体积分数,其热值较水洗前降低了2.55%。水洗后制得的生物质焦比表面积、总孔体积和平均孔径均增大,促进了焦油的裂解反应,提高了CO_(2)和CH_(4)的产率。水洗促进了焦油中M1类化合物的形成,抑制了环烷烃、多环芳香烃及长链烷烃的生成。To study the effect of gasification temperature and water washing pretreatment on gasification characteristics of corn stalk during oxygen-steam gasification,the gasification products under different conditions were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),specific surface area and porosity analyzer,gas chromatograph(GC),and gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC−MS).The results show that the mass fraction of 2,3-dihydrobenzofuran is the highest among the components in tar prepared at 400℃and 600℃.The mass fraction of phenol is higher than that of other tar components produced at 800℃and 1000℃.From 400℃to 1000℃,the aromatic compounds substituted by oxygen-containing functional groups gradually transform into polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.The mass fraction of phenol gradually increases from 5.07%to 17.37%.The volume fraction of H_(2)and CO in the syngas increase while the contents of CH_(4)and CO_(2)decrease.The calorific value and amount of substance ratio of H_(2)to CO increase.Water washing pretreatment reduces the volume fraction of H_(2)and CO in the syngas obtained by gasification of corn straw at 800℃.Its calorific value is 0.26 MJ/m3 lower than before washing.The specific surface area,total pore volume,and average pore size of the biochar increase after washing,which promotes the cracking reaction of tar and increases the yield of CO_(2)and CH_(4).Water washing promotes the formation of M1 compounds in tar and inhibits the formation of cycloalkanes,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,and long-chain alkanes.
