摘 要:目的探讨父母陪伴患儿全麻诱导(Parent-Present Induction of Anesthesia,PPIA)及苏醒过程中真实的体验。方法选择2021年2月~2022年2月在本院OSAHS(阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征)行扁桃体和(或)腺样体切除手术患儿的15例父母为研究对象,用质性研究方法对其进行半结构式访谈,借助NVivo 8.0统计软件,根据Colaizzi的7步分析法对资料进行分析,提炼主题。结果全麻手术患儿父母陪伴的真实体验可归纳为5个关键点:认识到父母陪伴的重要性、兴奋和焦虑并存、困惑与无措感、自责与感恩以及自我调适。结论在肯定父母陪伴对患儿焦虑、苏醒躁动、行为改变等有改善效果的同时,还应考虑陪伴父母的心理感受,术前评估父母的应激能力,针对其需求给予个性化的心理疏导与支持,促进父母陪伴的正性效应。Objective To explore the real experience of Parent-Present Induction of Anesthesia(PPIA)and recov⁃ery in children accompanied by parents.Methods Parents of 15 children who underwent tonsil and/or adenoidec⁃tomy in OSAHS(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome)in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and semi-structured interviews were conducted with the help of NVivo 8.0 statistical software.The data are analyzed according to Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method to extract the theme.Results The real experience of parents'companionship of children undergoing general anesthesia can be summa⁃rized into five key points:recognizing the importance of parents'companionship,coexistence of excitement and anxiety,confusion and confusion,remorse and gratitude,and self-adjustment.Conclusion While affirming the improvement effect of parental companionship on anxiety,awakening agitation and behavior change of children,it is also necessary to consider the psychological feelings of accompanying parents,assess their stress ability before surgery,and provide personalized psychological counseling and support according to their needs,so as to pro⁃mote the positive effect of parental companionship.
