摘  要:目的探索以赛促教的医学技能教学模式对带教效果及教学满意度的影响。方法选取2020年至2021年江苏医药职业学院44名临床医学专业医学生为研究对象,设置对照组和实验组,每组22人,对照组实施传统的教学和带教模式,实验组实施以问题为导向的以赛促教医学技能教学模式。改革前后采用医学生理论知识和综合技能考试成绩以及医学生对带教方式的满意度作为评价指标。结果带教改革后实验组医学生的理论及综合技能考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.001);对照组带教满意度为81.8%,实验组满意度为100%,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论构建的以问题为导向的双重以赛促教医学技能教学模式可提升医学生的带教效果和教学满意度,是一次成功的教学改革实践,对临床教育改革具有指导和促进作用。Objective To explore the effects of medical skills teaching mode of promoting teaching through compe⁃titions teaching effectiveness and satisfaction.Methods 44 clinical medical students from Jiangsu Pharmaceutical Vocational College from 2020 to 2021 were selected as research objects,among which 22 students were in con⁃trol group and 22 in experimental group.The control group implemented traditional teaching and mentoring models,while the experimental group implemented a problem-oriented competition-based teaching model for medical skills.Before and after the reform,the scores of medical students'theoretical knowledge and comprehen⁃sive skills exams,as well as their satisfaction with teaching methods,were used as evaluation indicators.Results After the teaching reform,the theoretical and comprehensive skills test scores of the medical students were higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).The satisfaction of teaching was 81.8%in the control group,which the satisfaction after the reform was 100%in the experimental group.The difference of the two groups of satisfaction results is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-oriented dual competition-based teaching model for medical skills can improve the teaching effectiveness and satisfaction of medical students.It is a success⁃ful teaching reform practice and has a guiding and promoting effect on clinical education reform.
