“医患沟通流程图”在肾内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过调研并设计医患沟通流程图,提高肾内科住院医师规范化培训学员医患沟通能力。方法对2021年5月到2022年5月在肾内科进行住院医师规范化培训的医师,指导使用医患沟通流程图,并就入科及出科医患沟通能力进行评估。结果分别使用两个版本医患沟通流程图培养学员医患沟通能力,使用医患沟通流程图前,两组学员医患沟通能力无差异(P=0.56)。使用医患沟通流程图后两组学员医患沟通能力均有提高(P<0.01),并且,使用第二版医患沟通流程图的学员医患沟通能力优于使用第一版医患沟通流程图的学员(P=0.002)。结论医患沟通流程图有利于提升规范化培训学员医患沟通能力,可在肾内科规范化培训学员带教过程中推广使用。Objective To improve the doctor-patient communication ability of standardized training of nephrology residents by investigating and designing the flow chart of doctor-patient communication.Methods The physi⁃cians who underwent standardized residency training in the Department of Nephrology from May 2021 to May 2022 were guided to use the doctor-patient communication flow chart,and the communication ability of the ad⁃mitted and outgoing doctors and patients was evaluated.Results Two versions of the doctor-patient communica⁃tion flowchart were used to guide the doctor-patient communication ability,and there was no difference in the doctor-patient communication ability of the first two groups(P=0.56).The doctor-patient communication abil⁃ity of both groups was improved after using the doctor-patient communication flowchart(P<0.01),and the doc⁃tor-patient communication ability of the trainees after using the second version of the doctor-patient communi⁃cation flowchart was better than that of the first version(P=0.002).Conclusion The flowchart of doctor-patient communication is conducive to improving the doctor-patient communication ability of standardized training trainees,and can be popularized and used in the process of standardized training for residents in nephrology.
