摘 要:货场装卸效率关乎铁路运输及行车组织的正常开展,固定接触网及现有的平移式移动接触网占用线路上方空间,从而限制了大型装卸机械的使用.基于此,文中设计了一种适用于铁路贯通装卸线使用的下沉式移动接触网,该移动接触网能够在工作位时为机车供电,非工作位时将接触悬挂部分移至地面或基坑,释放列车上方装卸空间,提高装卸作业的效率,保证装卸作业安全.现场冷、热滑试验结果表明,该下沉式移动接触网能够在工作位和非工作位之间顺利转换,并保持导高、拉出值、限界在规定范围内.蒙特卡洛仿真实验结果表明,下沉式移动接触网可靠性符合要求.铁路贯通装卸线下沉式移动接触网的推广使用,可以有效解决电气化铁路货场装运难题,节约人力、机力,大幅提高铁路货物运输组织效率.The loading efficiency of the freight yard is related to the railway transportation efficiency and organization of train operation.The fixed catenary and the existing translational mobile catenary occupy the space above the line,thus restricting the use of large loading machinery.This article designs a sunken mobile catenary suitable for use in railway power supply loading lines.The mobile catenary can supply power to the locomotive during working position,and move the contact suspension to the ground or foundation pit during non-working position to release the loading space above the train,improve the efficiency of loading operation and ensure the safety of loading operation.The non-electrified operational and electrified operational test results show that the sunken mobile catenary can smoothly switch between the working position and the non-working position,and maintain the height of contact line,stagger value and clearance within the specified range.Monte Carlo simulation experimental results show that the reliability of equipment meets requirements.The use of sunken mobile catenary on railway power supply line can effectively solve the problem of electrified railway freight yard loading operation,save manpower and locomotive resources,and greatly improve the organizational efficiency of railway freight transportation.
