摘 要:以蒙脱土(MMT)、三氯化铟(InCl_(3))、硫代乙酰胺为原料,一步溶剂热法制备了蒙脱土/In_(2)S_(3)复合材料(MMT/In_(2)S_(3)).紫外-可见漫反射光谱显示该复合材料对光的吸收边缘比MMT宽,从352 nm红移至600 nm.同时,70%MMT/In_(2)S_(3)光致发光光谱的强度最低.研究了模拟可见光照射下MMT/In_(2)S_(3)复合材料对甲基橙的光降解行为,考察了不同MMT负载量、复合材料用量、MO初始浓度、常见阴阳离子对复合材料光降解MO的影响.光降解实验结果表明,20 mg 70%MMT/In_(2)S_(3)对30 mL、20 mg·L^(-1)MO的去除率为93.7%,光催化过程的反应速率常数为0.046 min^(-1).溶液中常见Na^(+),K^(+),Mg^(2+),Ca^(2+)有利于70%MMT/In_(2)S_(3)降解MO;除H_(2)PO_(4)^(2-),其他阴离子对MO降解的影响不大.此外,该复合材料对罗丹明B、孔雀石绿、结晶紫、亚甲基蓝等染料也有较好的去除效果,证实粘土的吸附与In_(2)S_(3)光催化降解的协同作用,可有效地去除废水中的有机染料.Montmorillonite(MMT)/In_(2)S_(3)composite material(MMT/In_(2)S_(3))was prepared by one-step solvothermal method using MMT,InCl_(3)and thioacetamide as raw materials.UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopies confirm that the MMT/In_(2)S_(3)have a wider absorption range than MMT.The absorption range has red shift from 352 nm to 600 nm.Meanwhile,the intensity of the photoluminescence spectrum of 70%MMT/In_(2)S_(3)is the lowest.The photodegradation of methyl orange(MO)by MMT/In_(2)S_(3)was studied under simulated visible light.The effects of different MMT loading amounts,mass of composite material,initial concentration of MO,common anions and cations on the photodegradation of MO were investigated.The results of photodegradation indicated that the removal rate of 20 mg·L^(-1)MO solution is 93.7%by 20 mg of 70%MMT/In_(2)S_(3)in 60 min.The reaction rate constant of the photocatalytic process is 0.046 min^(-1).Common cations are beneficial for 70%MMT/In_(2)S_(3)degradation of MO,such as Na^(+),K^(+),Mg^(2+),Ca^(2+).Excluding H_(2)PO_(4)^(2-),other anions have little effect on the photodegradation of MO.In addition,the composite materials have good removal results for rhodamine B,malachite green,crystal violet and methylene blue.It confirmed that organic dyes can be effectively removed from wastewater under the synergism of clay adsorption and In_(2)S_(3)photocatalytic degradation.
