摘 要:随着电力系统的发展,电网频率稳定运行迎来巨大挑战,发电侧调频成本也日益激增。为应对电网面临的诸多不利影响,使负荷侧参与电网调频,提出基于改进下垂控制的变频空调参与一次调频的分层控制策略。根据变频空调的工作特性,建立基于一阶物理模型的负荷聚合商模型;考虑空调温度状态(SOA),对普通下垂控制模型进行改进,并且考虑用户舒适度,建立基于SOA优先级列表的变频空调有序参与响应控制策略。所提策略能高效调度变频空调,调节系统频率。With the development of power system,the stable operation of frequency is facing great challenges,and the cost of generation side is also increasing rapidly.In order to address the many adverse effeds faced by the power grid and involve the load side in power grid frequeney regulation,a hierarchical control strategy of inverter air conditioner participating in primary frequency modulation based on improved droop control is proposed.According to the characteristics of inverter air conditioner,the aggregation model based on the first-order physical model is established,and the droop control model is improved.Considering the state of indoor temperature with air-conditioner(SOA)and the comfort of users,an orderly participation response control strategy of inverter air conditioners based on SOA priority list is established.It can efficiently dispatch inverter air conditioners and adjust the frequency.
