摘 要:以直流充电桩EVR700-15000功率模块的散热装置为研究对象,采用有序多孔结构进行功率模块强化散热。建立多孔通道热仿真模型,研究通道内涡发生器对不同流动阶段强化换热的影响,以及涡发生器放置方式和数量对多孔结构散热性能的影响,比较分析增加无源强化换热前后对有序多孔结构的散热效果。结果表明,涡发生器在流体发展阶段的换热性能优于充分发展阶段,增加无源强化换热的有序多孔结构能有效地降低功率模块的工作温度,提升充电桩的工作稳定性。Taking the heat dissipation device of the DC charging pile EVR700-15000 power module as the research object,the ordered porous structure is adopted to enhance the heat dissipation of the power module.The thermal simulation model of porous channel is established to study the influence of vortex generator on enhanced heat transfer in different flow stages,and the influence of the placement and number of vortex generators on the heat dissipation performance of porous structure is studied.The heat dissipation effect of ordered porous structure before and after adding passive enhanced heat transfer is compared and analyzed.The results show that the heat transfer performance of the vortex generator in the development stage of the fluid is better than that in the fully developed stage.Adding an ordered porous structure with passive enhanced heat transfer can effectively reduce the operating temperature of the power module and improve the stability of the charging pile.
