海水海砂条件下硅酸盐-硫铝酸盐(OPC-CSA)水泥复掺二元体系性能研究

摘  要:为更加深入探讨硅酸盐-硫铝酸盐(OPC-CSA)二元体系在海水海砂环境下的各项性能,并确定海水海砂环境下二元体系最佳配合比,研究了海水海砂环境下OPC-CSA复掺二元体系凝结时间、抗压强度、抗折强度、pH值、氯离子结合率等性能,并根据X射线衍射分析(XRD)、电镜分析(SEM)、热重分析(TGA)等测试方法探索二元体系微观结构、水化规律.结果表明:OPC占比增多能延缓体系凝结时间;体系在OPC占比为30%~60%时会出现自裂现象,强度骤降;当CSA或OPC占比10%时体系强度较对应纯水泥有所提升,为最佳配比;体系中OPC含量越多,pH值越高;氯离子结合率随着OPC占比增大呈现先升后降的趋势.复合体系水化产物有Friedel盐、钙矾石、单硫型水化硫铝酸钙(AFm)、Ca(OH)_(2)、C-S-H凝胶和铝胶(AH3).钙矾石及AFm的生成受到体系中CSA及OPC共同影响,C-S-H凝胶的生成主要受体系中OPC含量的影响.In order to further explore the properties of the OPC-CSA binary system mixed with seawater and sea sand,and to determine the optimal mix ratio of the binary system mixed with seawater and sand,the properties of the mixed mortar composed of Portland and Sulphoaluminate cement(OPC-CSA)with different cement ratios mixed with seawater sea sand through the mechanical and chemical tests,such as the setting time,compressive strength,flexural strength,pH value,CI binding ratio are studied.Also,the microstructure of blend is explored according to the test methods of XRD,SEM and TGA.The results show that the setting time of the blend increases with the increase of OPC proportion in the system.When the proportion of OPC ranges from 30%to 60%,self-cracking appears and the strength will drop sharply.When the proportion of CSA or OPC is 10%,which is the best ratio,the strength of the system is higher than that of the pure cement.The more OPC in the system,the higher the pH value.The chloride ion binding rate increases first and then decrease while the proportion of OPC is rising.The hydration products of the composite system include Friedel's salt,ettringite,AFm,Ca(OH)_(2),C-S-H gel and AH,.The formation of ettringite and AFm is mainly affected by both CSA and OPC content in the system,and the formation of C-S-H gel is mainly affected by the OPC content in the system.
