基于Aspen Plus平台对混空轻烃燃气制气系统的研究

摘  要:研究混空轻烃燃气制气系统,优化制气参数,对设定混空轻烃燃气实际工程管网的输送压力具有指导意义,可为选择轻烃油种类以及调控轻烃油的体积分数值提供一定的理论依据。本文利用Aspen Plus对混空轻烃燃气的制气系统进行模拟,首先基于一定混空比范围下较低的露点温度,确定制气系统的制气压力,再在此基础上分析混空轻烃燃气中轻烃油体积分数的影响因素。研究结果表明,混空比范围为3.5~5、较低的露点温度工况下,最佳制气压力为0.055MPa。轻烃油体积分数的影响因素包括轻烃油流量、空气流量、有无外加输入热量等,轻烃油体积分数值随轻烃油流量、外加输入热量的增加而升高,随空气流量的增加而降低。综合考虑,选取第Ⅲ类轻烃油(组分为C413.45%、正戊烷48.32%、异戊烷38.17%、C60.06%)作为混空轻烃燃气制气的原料。The study of the generator system of mixed-air light hydrocarbon and optimizing gas generator parameters had guiding significance for setting the transmission pressure of mixed-air light hydrocarbon gas pipe network in practical engineering,and could provide a certain theoretical basis for selecting the type of light hydrocarbon oil and regulating the volume fraction of light hydro-carbon.Aspen Plus was used to simulate the gas generator system of light hydrocarbon gas.Firstly,the gas generator pressure of the system was determined under the low dew point temperature in a certain range of mixed-air ratio.On this basis,the influence factors of the volume fraction of light hydrocarbon were analyzed.The results showed that the optimal gas generator pressure was 0.055MPa under the condition of low dew-point temperature and mixed-air ratio range of 3.5~5.The influence factors of the volume fraction of light hydrocarbon included light hydrocarbonflow,airflow and whether there was external heat input,etc.The volume fraction of light hydrocarbon increased with the increase of light hydrocarbonflow and external heat input,and decreased with the increase of airflow.ClassⅢlight hydrocarbon oil(13.45%C4,48.32%n-pentane,38.17%isopentane,0.06%C6)was selected as the raw material of mixed-air light hydrocarbon gas generator.
