摘  要:点蚀是金属材料最广泛的破坏形式之一,是材料、介质、电化学等条件共同作用的结果。针对金属点蚀后在复杂载荷与环境等因素的耦合作用下的材料失效机理与力学性能退化规律的研究,一直是金属腐蚀与防护的研究热点。本文系统介绍了腐蚀钢构件的实验研究方法,综述了近年来国内外点蚀构件的制备方法及对点蚀试件的力学性能退化研究的最新进展,总结了点蚀的形貌参数与力学性能退化规律之间联系的相关研究成果,结合目前国内外的研究手段和成果,对未来的实验研究方向进行了展望。Pitting was one of the most widespread forms of damage to metallic materials,and its occurrence was the result of the combined action of materials,media,electrochemistry and other conditions.The study of the failure mechanism and mechanical property degradation of metals after pitting under the coupling effect of complex loads and environmental factors were hot spots in the research of metal corrosion and protection.The article systematically summarized the experimental research methods of corroded steel components,reviewed the preparation methods of pitting components and the latest progress of the research on the mechanical property degradation of pitting specimens in China and abroad in recent years,synthesized the existing results and analyzed the connection between the morphological parameters of pitting and the mechanical property degradation law.Finally,combined the current research methods and results in China and abroad,the future experimental research direction was put forward.
