双氧水工业中废活性氧化铝再生利用及蒽醌回收的研究

摘  要:在双氧水的工业生产中,失活氧化铝的回收再生利用是降低企业生产成本,有效解决弃置失活氧化铝导致的污染问题的重要手段。本研究开发了一条可行的废氧化铝的再生利用工艺路线。研究结果表明,采用索式提取法,以重芳烃为溶剂回流3h,有效蒽醌的提取量高达18.6g·L^(-1),是普通回流提取(8.15 g·L^(-1))的2倍。在氧气中800℃下焙烧3h,是废氧化铝的最佳再生条件。3个不同预处理的样品(索式提取、普通回流、抽滤)对蒽醌降解物再生的有效蒽醌增量,以及标准样品的有效蒽醌增量,分别为5.18 g·L^(-1)、3.71 g·L^(-1)、3.41 g·L^(-1)和5.57 g·L^(-1)。对比这些数据可知,经索式提取法和简单回流预处理的样品,它们的再生性能得到明显恢复;经索式提取法预处理的样品,其恢复的各项性能与标准活性氧化铝更接近。该研究结果可为双氧水工艺中废活性氧化铝的再生利用提供参考。In the industrial production of hydrogen peroxide,the recycling and reuse of deactivated alumina was an important means to reduce production costs and effectively solve the pollution problem caused by the disposal of deactivated alumina.In this study,an enforceable technology of the regeneration of inactivated alumina was developed.Investigation results showed that the number of effective anthraquinone from inactivated alumina was up to 18.6 g/L by Soxhlet extraction in heavy aromatics for 3h,being two twice comparing that of back-flow in heavy-aromatics(8.15g/L).The best conditions of renewing-alumina was defined as roasting method in 800℃under O_(2) for 3h.The incremental value of effective anthraquinone of three renewing-sample pretreated different methods(Soxhlet extraction,back-flow and suction filtration respectively)and that of standard alumina were respectively 5.18 g/L,3.71 g/L,3.41 g/L and 5.57g/L.Compared these data found that after waste alumina was treated by Soxhlet extraction and back-flow,the catalytic performance of their roasting sample was obviously improved and the performance of sample with the pretreatment of Soxhlet extraction was similar to standard sample.So,we believed that these findings with industrialization prospect would further support the studies of recycling deactivated alumina in the preparation of hydrogen peroxide.The research results could provide reference for the regeneration and utilization of waste activated alumina in the hydrogen peroxide production.
