摘 要:磷酸铁的制备过程中产生的二洗母液中含有高浓度的磷,如直接作为废水排放,不仅增加了废水处理的难度,还导致了磷源的浪费和原材料成本的增加。本文将二洗母液分别应用于磷盐制备工序和晶体转变工序,探究了二洗母液对工艺过程及产品质量的影响,考察了不同的循环次数对二洗母液成分的影响,以实现二洗母液的有效回收利用,并最大限度地降低原材料成本。The second washing mother liquor produced in the preparation of iron phosphate contained high concentration of phosphorus.If it was directly discharged as wastewater,it not only increased the difficulty of wastewater treatment,but also led to the waste of phosphorus source and the increase of raw material cost.In this paper,the second washing mother liquor was applied to the two processes of phosphorus salt preparation and crystal transformation,and the impact of the second washing mother liquor on the process and product quality were explored.The influence of different cycle times on the composition of the second washing mother liquor was investigated in order to achieve effective recycling of the second washing mother liquor and minimize raw material costs.
