摘 要:选用了4种硝酸盐均相催化剂,考察了催化剂种类、催化剂投加量、氧化剂投加量、反应时间和反应温度对湿式催化氧化油墨污泥的影响,并且对湿式催化氧化法处理油墨污泥的过程进行了动力学分析。实验结果表明,硝酸锌、硝酸镍、硝酸铜和硝酸钴4种常见金属盐催化剂中,硝酸铜的催化效果最好,其最佳反应条件:5 g的油墨污泥中加入20 mL蒸馏水,催化剂(硝酸铜)投加量为40 mg,氧化剂(H 2 O 2(30%,体积分数))投加量为0.4 mL,反应温度为200℃,反应时间为60 min。此时,化学需氧量(COD)仅为240 mg/L左右,悬浮固体(SS)和可挥发性悬浮固体(VSS)的去除率在80%左右或者更佳,污泥比阻也明显降低。Four different homogeneous catalysts were selected and the effects of catalyst type,catalyst dosage,oxidant dosage,reaction time and reaction temperature on the catalytic oxidation of ink sludge were investigated.Meanwhile the kinetics analysis were preliminarily analyzed.The results showed that the catalytic performance of copper nitrate was the best among four kinds of homogeneous metal salt catalysts,which was zinc nitrate,nickel nitrate,copper nitrate and cobalt nitrate,and its optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows:5 g of ink sludge was mixed with 20 mL distilled water,and copper nitrate and H 2 O 2(30%,volume fraction)were taken as catalyst and oxidant with the dosage of 40 mg and 0.4 mL,respectively,the reaction temperature was 200℃,reaction time was 60 min,COD was about 240 mg/L,and SS and VSS removal rate were about 80%or better,the specific resistance of the ink sludge also decreased significantly.
