摘  要:采用吸附容量、交换容量、断裂强力、扫描电镜、红外光谱表征功能化纤维(RPFC-Ⅰ纤维),并系统考察RPFC-Ⅰ纤维的理化特性及其对氨气的循环吸附再生性能。结果表明,RPFC-Ⅰ纤维对氨气具有良好的循环吸附再生性能且内部分子结构非常稳定。在循环吸附再生21次过程中,RPFC-Ⅰ纤维对氨气的吸附容量为90.2~96.3 mg/g、交换容量为6.75~6.90 mmol/g、断裂强力为0.053~0.063 N,均未发生明显变化。RPFC-Ⅰ纤维具有吸附容量高、耐酸腐蚀性好、净化性能稳定、材料再生条件温和、可循环再生使用等优点,未来市场应用前景广阔。The functional fiber(RPFC-Ⅰfiber)was characterized by exchange capacity,adsorption capacity,breaking strength,scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy,and the physical and chemical properties of RPFC-Ⅰfiber and its recycling adsorption purification and regeneration performance for ammonia were systematically investigated.The results confirmed that RPFC-Ⅰfiber possessed good performance of recycling adsorption purification and regeneration of ammonia,and its internal molecular structure was stable.During 21 cycles of cycle adsorption regeneration,RPFC-Ⅰfiber demonstrated saturated adsorption capacity of 90.2-96.3 mg/g ammonia,the exchange capacity was 6.75-6.90 mmol/g,and the breaking strength was 0.056-0.063 N without significant changes.RPFC-Ⅰfiber demonstrated the advantages of high adsorption capacity,good acid corrosion resistance,stable purification performance,mild material regeneration conditions and good repeatability,recyclability.It could have broad market application prospects in the future.
