摘 要:为了解稀土元素镧对刚毛藻(Cladophora)生理特性及抗逆性的影响,测试不同La^(3+)浓度下刚毛藻的光系统Ⅱ最大光化学效率(F_(v)/F_(m)),叶绿素a(Chla)、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和丙二醛(MDA)含量,过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化特征,并分析了在0.2 mg/L La^(3+)下刚毛藻对强光照、过氧化氢和硫酸铜的抗性。研究结果表明,低浓度La^(3+)对刚毛藻具有促生作用,0.2 mg/L La^(3+)处理7 d,刚毛藻的Chla含量、F_(v)/F_(m)、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、CAT活性和POD活性比初始值分别提高29%、37%、37%、21%、94%和78%,MDA含量下降27%。高浓度La^(3+)则造成负面影响。0.2 mg/L La^(3+)处理能够明显提高刚毛藻对强光照(6000~12000 lx)和过氧化氢(0.2%(质量分数,下同)~1.0%)的抗性,但是不能提高对高质量浓度Cu 2+(4~10 mg/L)的抗性。因此,低剂量La^(3+)能够促进刚毛藻的生长,提高对某些不良环境的抗性,但镧在水生态环境中的应用仍需关注其可能引起的生态效应。The present study was carried out to understand the effect of lanthanum on physiological characteristics and stress resistance of Cladophora.The F_(v)/F_(m),contents of Chla,soluble sugar,soluble protein,malondialdehyde(MDA),and the activities of catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)of Cladophora under different concentrations of La^(3+)were measured.The stress resistance of Cladophora treated by 0.2 mg/L La^(3+)to strong light,hydrogen peroxide and copper sulfate was analyzed.The results showed that La^(3+)of low concentration stimulated the growth of Cladophora.After being treated with 0.2 mg/L La^(3+)for 7 days,Chla content,F_(v)/F_(m),soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,CAT activities and POD activities of Cladophora increased by 29%,37%,37%,21%,94%and 78%,respectively,and the content of MDA decreased by 27%.However,high concentration of La^(3+)had a negative impact on Cladophora.Compared with the control,0.2 mg/L of La^(3+)could significantly improve the stress resistance of Cladophora to strong light(6000-12000 lx)and hydrogen peroxide(0.2%(mass fraction,the same below)-1.0%),but could not improve the resistance to Cu 2+of high concentration(4-10 mg/L).The results suggested that La^(3+)of low concentration could stimulate the growth of Cladophora,and improve its resistance to adverse environments.In view of this,more attention should be paid to the possible ecological effects when lanthanum was applied in the aquatic ecological environment.
