摘  要:2013—2022年,按照相关技术规范组织开展广东省电磁环境质量监测,监测过程中增加电磁频谱监测。结果表明:(1)10年来广东省综合电场强度为0.20~2.90 V/m,年均值为0.56~1.03 V/m,均满足且远低于《电磁环境控制限值》(GB 8702—2014)中最严格的公众曝露控制限值(12 V/m)。(2)电磁环境质量监测结果增加趋势可分3个阶段:2013—2014综合电场强度年均值(0.56~0.60 V/m)较低;2015—2016升高1/3左右到0.73~0.80 V/m;2017—2022再升高1/3到0.87~1.03 V/m,并趋于平稳。(3)现有电磁环境质量监测方法不够精细,难以说明监测结果变化原因,建议可从建立电磁频谱信息等方面予以完善。From 2013 to 2022,electromagnetic environment quality monitoring in Guangdong Province was organized according to relevant technical specifications,and electromagnetic spectrum monitoring was added during the implementation of monitoring.The results showed that:(1)the electric field intensity in Guangdong Province had been 0.20-2.90 V/m over the past 10 years,with an annual average range of 0.56-1.03 V/m,which meeted and was far below the strictest public exposure control limit of 12 V/m in“Controlling limits for electromagnetic environment”(GB 8702-2014).(2)The trend of increasing electromagnetic environmental quality monitoring results could be divided into three stages:the average annual value of electric field intensity from 2013 to 2014(0.56 to 0.60 V/m)was relatively low.From 2015 to 2016,it increased by about 1/3 to 0.73-0.80 V/m.From 2017 to 2022,it increased by another 1/3 to 0.87-1.03 V/m and stabilized.(3)The existing electromagnetic environment quality monitoring methods were not precise enough to explain the reasons for changes in monitoring results.It was recommended to improve them by establishing electromagnetic spectrum information and other aspects.
