摘 要:采用应力-能量法,设置六个能量水平对柱形空气衬垫进行动态压缩试验,通过数据拟合得到动应力与动能量之间的指数函数关系式,拟合出缓冲曲线。再通过传统试验获得不同跌落高度下的缓冲曲线。由应力-能量法得到此种规格柱形空气衬垫的动应力和动能量之间的函数关系式为拟合优度R^(2)=0.9966。在150mm、200mm、250mm三种跌落高度下进行缓冲曲线对比,峰值加速度的最大相对误差为13%,最小相对误差为0.2%。结果表明应力-能量法可以代替传统方法预测空气衬垫在任意高度和厚度下的缓冲曲线。According to the stress-energy method,six energy levels were set to perform dynamic compression test on cylindrical air cushion.An exponential function between dynamic stress and dynamic energy was obtained through data fitting,and a cushion curve was further obtained.Then,the cushion curves at different drop heights were obtained by the traditional method.The stress-energy equation between the dynamic stress and dynamic energy of this type of cylindrical air cushion was,and the correlation R^(2)=0.9966.The cushion curves were compared at three drop heights of 150,200,and 250mm.The maximum relative error of the peak acceleration is 13%,and the minimum relative error is 0.2%.The results showed that the stress-energy method can predict the cushion curves of cylindrical air cushion at any drop height and thickness.
