摘　　要：基于2005—2020年中国省级面板数据,采用固定效应模型实证检验了外商直接投资对中国出口技术复杂度的影响。研究发现,外商直接投资对中国出口技术复杂度有显著的正向影响,且在之后的稳健性检验中此结论仍然成立。结合研究结论,提出以下建议:注重发挥外商直接投资的作用,优化外商直接投资结构,注重引资质量;制定好相关的政策提高地区的经济发展水平,完善产业结构和基础设施建设,吸引优质外商来华办厂;依法保护外商的投资权益,营造市场化、法制化、国际化一流营商环境,最大化发挥外资积极的技术溢出效应,提高我国出口技术水平。Based on China's provincial panel data from 2005 to 2020,this paper empirically examines the impact of foreign direct investment on China's export technology complexity by using fixed effect model.The study found that foreign direct investment has a significant positive impact on China's export technology complexity and this conclusion is still valid in subsequent robustness tests.Based on the research findings,the following suggestions are proposed:related departments should pay attention to giving full play to the role of foreign direct investment,optimize the structure of foreign direct investment and lay stress on the quality of attract investment.In addition,related departments should formulate the policies to improve the level of regional economic development,industrial structure and infrastructure construction to attract high-quality foreign companies to set up factories in China.At the same time,it is necessary to protect the investment rights of foreign investors in accordance with the law,create a market-oriented,legalized and internationalized first-class business environment,maximize the positive technology spillover effect of foreign investment to improve China's export technology level.
