摘　　要：基于OBE理念管理类专业数智化应用型人才培养研究,管理类专业数智化应用型人才培养存在的问题进行分析,分别从数智化通识课程、专业课程、实践课程、赛项课程等方面对管理类专业应用型人才培养数智化课程体系进行设计,有利于管理类专业数智化应用型人才培养目标的实现;通过完善管理类专业数智化应用型人才培养体系,推进管理类专业应用型人才培养数智化校企合作平台建设,打造管理类专业应用型人才培养数智化制度环境,加强管理类专业应用型人才培养的数智化师资队伍建设,保障专业应用型人才培养模式改革创新的实施,提升OBE理念为导向的数智化应用型人才培养成效。Based on the OBE concept,this paper analyzes the problems in the training of mathematical and applied talents of management specialty,this paper designs the curriculum system of mathematical intelligence training from the aspects of Mathematical Intelligence General Course,professional course,practical course and competition course,etc.,it is conducive to the realization of the training goal of the management majors and by improving the training system of the management majors,to promote the construction of the cooperation platform between school and Enterprise for the training of applied talents of management specialty and to create an institutional environment for the training of applied talents of management specialty,to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff for the training of the applied talents of management specialty,to ensure the implementation of the Reform and innovation of the training mode of the applied talents of the specialty,and to promote the effect of the training of the applied talents of the applied talents of mathematics oriented by the OBE concept.
