摘　　要：国际贸易人才培养模式开展数字化转型是推动数字贸易发展和构筑国际竞争新优势的必然要求。为适应数字经济发展的新要求,国际贸易人才培养应立足国际资源,构建国际教育合作综合平台,以就业为导向,构建科学和完备的数字贸易人才培养模式;以实践性学习为载体,构建实践与教学相融合的机制;以学科特点为抓手,建立多学科交叉融合的复合型人才培养体系。The digital transformation of the international trade talent training model is an inevitable requirement for the development trend of digital trade and building new advantages in international competition.In order to adapt to the new requirements of the development of the digital economy,the cultivation of international trade talents should be based on employment,and a scientific and complete digital trade talent training model should be constructed.With practical learning as the carrier,a mechanism for the integration of practice and teaching is constructed;Based on the characteristics of disciplines,we should establish a multidisciplinary interdisciplinary talent training system.
