摘 要:为建立舰船腐蚀海水管道剩余强度评价方法,综述了现行评价腐蚀管道剩余强度的相关标准和方法的理论基础,对比分析了不同评价方法的适用性和先进性。腐蚀管道剩余强度评价公式都是基于断裂力学的半理论半经验公式,主要区别在于流变应力、系数鼓胀系数和腐蚀面积计算方法等不同。DNV RP-F101标准适用于含复杂腐蚀缺陷,且同时承受内压和轴向载荷的中高强度管道,先进性较高,可基于DNV RP-F101标准建立舰船腐蚀海水管路剩余强度评价方法。In order to establish a method for evaluating the residual strength of ship corrosive seawater pipelines,the theoretical basis of the current standards and methods for evaluating the residual strength of corroded pipelines is reviewed,the applicability and advanced nature of different evaluation methods are compared and analyzed.The residual strength evaluation formulas of corrosion pipelines are all semi-theoretical and semi-empirical formulas based on fracture mechanics,and the main differences are rheological stress,Folias expansion factor and corrosion area calculation method.Among them,DNV RPF101 standard is suitable for evaluating medium and high strength pipelines containing complex corrosion defects and bearing both internal pressure and axial load,which has high advance,the residual strength evaluation method of ship corrosion seawater pipelines can be established based on DNV RP-F101 standard.
