摘  要:针对现有海上风电系统腐蚀控制需求,开发了新型海上风电智能阴极保护系统,并在某海上风电项目的两个风电桩基础进行了工程应用。设计过程结合阴极保护数值模拟优化辅助阳极布置,并将整个阴极保护系统实现了智能化,以实现远程监控保护状态和远程操作控制,并可对海上风电装备的各腐蚀要素进行监测,为风电防腐的及时性和有效性提供更为有力的保障。迄今为止,两台风机的智能阴极保护系统运行良好,数据采集及远程控制准确有效,具有重大的推广和应用价值。According to the corrosion control needs of the existing offshore wind power system,a new offshore wind power intelligent cathodic protection system was developed,and the engineering application was carried out in two wind power pile foundations of an offshore wind power project.The design process combines the numerical simulation of cathodic protection to optimize the auxiliary anode arrangement,and the whole cathodic protection system is intelligentized to realize remote monitoring and protection status and remote operation control,and can monitor the corrosion elements of offshore wind power equipment,providing a more powerful guarantee for the timeliness and effectiveness of wind power anti-corrosion.So far,the intelligent cathodic protection system of the two fans is running well,and the data acquisition and remote control are accurate and effective,which has great promotion and application value.
