摘  要:PCCP管道具有耐高压、防渗性好、内壁光滑阻力小、安装方便、维护费用低等一系列的优点,已成为国内大口径、长距离、高工压的大型输水管道项目的首选管材,但由于应用时间较短,其在使用期间有许多新的问题产生,本文主要依托宁夏长城能化DN1000PCCP供水管道工程,探讨PCCP供水管道的抗腐蚀性和各腐蚀因素的影响机理研究,并提出了一些安全防护措施,为高盐渍地区PCCP供水管道安全运行研究提供借鉴参考。PCCP pipes have a series of advantages such as high pressure resistance,good impermeability,smooth inner wall resistance,easy installation,and low maintenance costs.They have become the preferred pipe material for large diameter,long-distance,and high working pressure water supply pipeline projects in China.However,due to their short application time,many new problems have arisen during use.This article mainly relies on the DN1000PCCP water supply pipeline project of Ningxia Great Wall Energy Chemical,Exploring the corrosion resistance of PCCP water supply pipelines and the impact mechanism of various corrosion factors,and proposing some safety protection measures,providing reference for the safe operation research of PCCP water supply pipelines in high saline areas.
