摘  要:发电厂在线化学仪表监测数据失真,不能真实反映水质情况,将会导致化监测控制和加药控制出现偏差,从而引起机组热力设备严重的腐蚀、结垢、积盐事故。当前,水汽取样装置存在的自动化水平低下、水样关键参数调节缺失等问题,严重制约在线化学仪表测量准确性,给热力设备防腐防垢带来巨大影响。本文总结了电厂水汽取样装置运行现状,对其存在的问题进行详细论述,并提出改进方向,为水汽取样装置性能提升提供方向指引。The distorted monitoring data of online chemical instruments in power plants cannot truly reflect the water quality situation,which will lead to deviations in chemical monitoring control and dosing control,leading to serious corrosion,scaling,and salt accumulation accidents of the thermal equipment of the unit.At present,the automation level of water and steam sampling devices is low,and the key parameter adjustment of water samples is missing,which seriously restricts the accuracy of online chemical instrument measurement and has a huge impact on the corrosion and scale prevention of thermal equipment.This article summarizes the current operation status of water and steam sampling devices in power plants,discusses in detail the existing problems,and proposes improvement directions to provide direction for improving the performance of water and steam sampling devices.
