摘  要:通过宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相组织分析、力学性能测试和断口形貌分析等手段对Incoloy800镍基合金电热管弯管断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:电热管在弯管成型过程中,如果氩弧焊焊缝处于外侧,由于焊缝内柱状晶间结合力较弱,无法承受局部高应力,增加了弯管断裂风险;另外合金材料基体中存在孔洞和裂纹,局部区域出现应力集中,促进裂纹的萌生和扩展。The fracture causes during the bending process of Incoloy800 nickel-base alloy electric heating tubes were analyzed through macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,microstructure analysis,mechanical performance tests and fracture morphology analysis.The results show that:if the argon arc welding line was outside during the bending forming process,since the bonding forces were low among the columnar structures in the weld line,which could not withstand the localized high stress,the fracture risk would be increased under this case.Also,it could be found that some holes and cracks existed in the matrix of nickel-base alloy,which could cause the stress concentrations in local areas.The cracks would be nucleated and propagated under high stress concentration.
