摘 要:埋地油气管道交流干扰腐蚀风险日趋严重,交流腐蚀导致管道失效的事故也多次发生。本文以受输电线路交流干扰的埋地高压天然气管道为研究对象,根据交流感应电压、直测交流电流确定试片的扩散电阻,按照交流电流密度限值计算对应的交流电压限值作为缓解交流腐蚀风险的参考值,然后运用CDEGS软件建立埋地管道交流干扰仿真模型,设计降低交流腐蚀风险的缓解方案。方案实施后的交流电流密度检测结果明显降低,管道腐蚀风险得到缓解,并分析了缓解效果的影响因素,为受伴行输电线路影响的埋地管道交流干扰腐蚀防护治理提供参考。The risk of AC interference corrosion in buried oil and gas pipelines is becoming increasingly serious,and accidents leading to pipeline failure due to AC corrosion have also occurred multiple times.This article focuses on buried high-voltage natural gas pipelines affected by AC interference from transmission lines,determine the diffusion resistance of the test piece based on AC induced voltage and direct measurement of AC current,calculate the corresponding AC voltage limit according to the AC current density limit as a reference value for mitigating the risk of AC corrosion,then use CDEGS software to establish a simulation model for AC interference in buried pipelines,and design a mitigation plan to reduce the risk of AC corrosion.After the implementation of the plan,the AC current density detection results were significantly reduced,and the risk of pipeline corrosion was alleviated,the influencing factors of the mitigation effect were analyzed,provide reference for the protection and treatment of AC interference corrosion of buried pipelines affected by accompanying transmission lines.
