摘　　要：油气管道运输具有输送量大、安全、经济高效、占地面积小等优点。但在日常生产中,由于气候、温度、环境等影响,可能使管道出现腐蚀现象,直接影响管道结构的完整性及安全性,增加了风险事故发生的可能性,影响正常生产效率。本文通过文献调研,对管道腐蚀的分类、影响因素及解决办法等方面进行总结分析,得出目前常用的腐蚀检测方法,并提出了腐蚀发生后的相应补救措施。实现油气安全运输,保证经济效益,对油气管道的铺设及维护具有一定的指导意义。Oil and gas pipeline transportation has the advantages of large transportation volume,safety,cost-effectiveness,and small footprint.However,in daily production,due to factors such as climate,temperature,and environment,corrosion may occur in pipelines,directly affecting the integrity and safety of pipeline structures,increasing the likelihood of risk accidents and affecting normal production efficiency.This article summarizes and analyzes the classification,influencing factors,and solutions of pipeline corrosion through literature research,identifies commonly used corrosion detection methods,and proposes corresponding remedial measures after corrosion occurs.Realizing safe transportation of oil and gas,ensuring economic benefits,has certain guiding significance for the laying and maintenance of oil and gas pipelines.
