摘　　要：针对变电站混凝土构架中钢筋锈蚀检测问题,考虑到传统电磁检测技术存在的局限性,本文设计了一种基于改进电磁检测技术的钢筋锈蚀检测系统。本系统根据LC振荡电路的原理,在变电站的钢筋混凝土结构中预埋入粗细不同的多根钢丝,电路的谐振频率会随着这些钢丝依次断裂而逐渐变大,通过测量其谐振频率的变化即可判断各钢丝的通断情况,进而判断混凝土结构中钢筋的锈蚀程度。同时本文采用直接测量读取电感两端电压幅频特性的方法判断钢丝通断状态,简化了系统电路且便于测量。Aiming at the problem of rebar corrosion detection in concrete frame of the substation,considering the limitations of traditional electromagnetic detection technology,a rebar corrosion detection system based on improved electromagnetic detection technology is designed in this paper.In this system,according to the principle of LC oscillation circuit,multiple steel wires which’s thickness is different are embedded in rebar concrete frame of the substation in advance,and the resonant frequency of the circuit will gradually increase with these steel wires fracture in turn.The on-off situation of steel wires can be judged by measuring the change of the resonant frequency,and then the corrosion degree of rebar in the concrete structure can be judged.At the same time,the method of measuring the voltage amplitudefrequency characteristics at both ends of the reading inductor is used to judge the on-off state of the steel wires,which simplifies the system circuit and is easy to measure.
