摘 要:通过室内试验开展了钢纤维体积率、基体混凝土强度等级两种不同试验因素对钢纤维混凝土劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度和抗剪强度指标的影响分析,并采用二元方差分析方法进行了对比验证。研究结果表明:钢纤维体积率、基体混凝土强度等级是影响钢纤维混凝土力学性能的重要因素;随着混凝土强度等级、钢纤维体积率的增加,钢纤维混凝土劈裂抗拉强度、抗剪强度和抗折强度均呈增长趋势,但增幅会逐渐趋缓;基体混凝土强度等级对混凝土劈裂抗拉强度作用更明显,而钢纤维体积率对钢纤维混凝土抗剪和抗折强度作用更明显;二元方差分析验证结果与钢纤维混凝土指标影响实验一致。研究成果可为实际工程中优化钢纤维混凝土配合比设计提供参考依据。The effects of two different test factors,namely steel fiber volume ratio and strength grade of matrix concrete,on the splitting tensile strength,flexural strength and shear strength of steel fiber concrete were analyzed through laboratory tests,and the bivariate analysis of variance was used for comparison and verification.The results show that the volume percentage of steel fiber and the strength grade of matrix concrete are important factors affecting the mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete.With the increase of concrete strength grade and steel fiber volume ratio,the splitting tensile strength,shear strength and flexural strength of steel fiber concrete show an increasing trend,but the increase will gradually slow down.The strength grade of matrix concrete has more obvious effect on the splitting tensile strength of concrete,while the volume ratio of steel fiber has more obvious effect on the shear and flexural strength of steel fiber concrete.The results of binary variance analysis are consistent with the impact tests for steel fiber concrete index.The research results can provide reference for optimizing the mix ratio design of steel fiber reinforced concrete in practical engineering.
