摘  要:为研究高温巷道围岩-隔热支护体系热学参数对温度场的影响,建立25组数值试验模拟巷道温度场,选定衬砌热导率、衬砌厚度、原岩热导率、原岩温度为影响因素,以巷道壁面温度、调热圈半径、壁面与原岩温度差为目标因子,进行正交试验分析,得到各因素对壁面温度、调热圈半径影响顺序为原岩热导率>原岩温度>衬砌厚度>衬砌热导率;对壁面与原岩温度差影响顺序为衬砌热导率>原岩温度>原岩热导率>衬砌厚度。最后,拟合出壁面温度、调热圈半径的热学参数公式,拟合程度较高。结果表明:采用低热导率的隔热喷层能够延缓围岩散热和减少巷道风流对围岩温度场的扰动,但围岩自身热物理属性对巷道温度场起决定性作用。研究对主动隔热巷道温度场分布,合理安排隔热支护有一定积极意义。To study the influence of thermal parameters on temperature field of surrounding rock-thermal insulating support system under high-temperature roadway,25 sets of numerical experimental models were established to simulate the temperature field of roadway.The lining thermal conductivity,lining thickness,virgin rock thermal conductivity and temperature were selected as influence factors,and the roadway wall temperature,heat-adjusting layer and temperature difference between wall and virgin rock as target factors for the orthogonal analysis.The factors affecting the wall temperature and heat-adjusting layer were ranked as follows:virgin rock thermal conductivity>virgin rock temperature>lining thermal conductivity>lining thickness.The effects on the temperature difference between wall and virgin rock were ranked as follows:lining thermal conductivity>virgin rock temperature>virgin rock thermal conductivity>lining thickness.Finally,the thermal parameter formulas of wall temperature and heat-adjusting layer were fitted,and the fitting degrees were high.The results show that the thermal insulation spray layer with low thermal conductivity causes the delay of heat dissipation and the reduction of air flow disturbance of surrounding rock,but the thermal physical properties of surrounding rock play a decisive role in the temperature field distribution of roadway.The study has positive significance on the temperature field distribution of active heat insulation roadway and the arrangement of thermal insulating support.
