摘　　要：保持数据的时效性和准确性是地理信息公共服务平台具有持久生命力的关键所在。提出了一种基于编辑权限分配的地理空间数据在线协同更新方法,介绍了多用户在线协同更新的工作流程,阐述了ArcSDE版本管理、用户编辑权限控制和ArcGIS Add-in插件记录编辑操作等关键技术;并经过省、市级地理空间框架要素数据及时更新实践验证了该方法的可行性。Maintaining the timeliness and accuracy of data is the key to the lasting vitality of geographical information public service platform.In this paper,we present an online collaborative update method of geospatial data based on editing permission allocation,introduced the work-flow of multi-user online collaborative update,expounded three key technologies,such as ArcSDE version management,user editing permission control and ArcGIS Add-in plug-in record editing operation,and verified the feasibility of this method by the practice of provincial and municipal geospatial framework element data update in time.
