摘  要:城市园林绿化越来越重视抗旱性强的地被植物应用。为探究适宜在水资源缺乏地区的地被植物的应用,以玉蝉花(Iris ensata)、马蔺(Iris lactea var.chinensis)为试验材料,以常见冷季型草坪草高羊茅(Festuca elata)为对照,测定3种植物在干旱胁迫下8个抗旱生理指标的变化,用隶属函数法对3种植物的抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,随着干旱程度的增加,3种植物自由水/束缚水、土壤含水量及叶绿素含量均下降;丙二醛(MDA)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量以及细胞质膜透性均增加;马蔺的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性逐渐升高,玉蝉花和高羊茅则是先升后降,SOD活性值为高羊茅>马蔺>玉蝉花;马蔺、玉蝉花过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性先升后再降,高羊茅的CAT活性持续升高,CAT活性值为马蔺>玉蝉花>高羊茅。干旱胁迫后,马蔺、玉蝉花叶片中的游离脯氨酸含量高于高羊茅,电导率低于高羊茅;利用隶属函数法综合评价3种植物的抗旱性强弱为:马蔺>玉蝉花>高羊茅,与植物植株耐受干旱的结果一致。本研究为园林绿化抗旱植物的筛选和推广应用提供参考。More and more attention has been paid to the application of drought resistant ground cover plants in urban landscaping.In order to explore the ground cover plants suitable for use in water resource deficient areas,Iris ensata and Iris lactea var.chinensis were used as test materials,and Festuca elata as contrast,which was a normal kind of lawn grass in cold season.8 drought-resistant physiological indexes of 3 plants were measured during natural drought stress,and drought resistance of 3 plants were comprehensively evaluated by membership function method.The results showed that as the degree of drought increased,the ratio of free water to bound water,the soil moisture and the chlorophyll content of the leaf decreased,the content of MDA and free proline,cytoplasmic membrane permeability increased,SOD activity increased in I.lactea var.chinensis,increased firstly and then decreased in I.ensata and F.elata,the highest SOD activity appeared in F.elata leaf,followed by I.lactea var.chinensis and I.ensata.CAT activity increased firstly and then decreased in I.lactea var.chinensis and I.ensata,increased continuously in F.elata,The highest CAT activity appeared in I.lactea var.chinensis,followed by I.ensata and F.elata,After drought stress,the free proline contents in the leaves of I.lactea var.chinensis and I.ensata were lower than that of F.elata,and their conductivities were higher than that of F.elata.The highest SOD activity appeared in F.elata leaf,followed by I.lactea var.chinensis and I.ensata.The highest CAT activity appeared in I.lactea var.chinensis,followed by I.ensata and F.elata.The drought resistance of 3 plants were comprehensively evaluated by the membership function as follow:I.lactea var.chinensis I.ensata F.elata,which was consistent with plant tolerance to drought.The study provides identification for the selection and application of drought-resistant plants in landscaping.
