摘  要:在大健康背景下植物的药用价值日益突出,但植物自身产生的具有药用价值的次生代谢物有效成分产量低,因此根据发根农杆菌(Agrobacterium rhizogenes)的遗传转化机制和毛状根遗传稳定等特点提高次生代谢物产量是有效手段。本研究从毛状根诱导的影响因素和植物毛状根合成次生代谢物研究进展两个方面展开论述,对毛状根诱导中需注意的问题,以及基于毛状根体系的植物次生代谢物合成的研究现状和存在的问题进行述评,旨在为发根农杆菌诱导毛状根可以高效合成目标次生代谢物提供参考。Under the background of great health,the medicinal value of plants is increasingly prominent,but the yield of effective components of medicinal value secondary metabolites produced by plants is low.Therefore,it is an effective means to improve the yield of secondary metabolites according to the genetic transformation mechanism of Agrobacterium rhizogenes and the genetic stability of hairy roots.In this study,we reviewed factors of hairy root induction and the research progress on synthesis of secondary metabolites in plants are discussed.The issues in the process of the hairy root induction and the research status and existing problems system of plant secondary metabolites synthesis were presented.This review aims to provide a reference for the efficient synthesis of target secondary metabolites in hairy roots induced by A.rhizogenes.
