摘  要:以50 mmol/L混合碱(NaCl∶Na2SO4∶NaHCO3∶Na2CO3=1∶9∶9∶1)模拟东北地区盐碱地来进行油用型向日葵耐盐碱性鉴定试验,试验对22份油用型向日葵种子进行盐碱胁迫。本试验通过隶属函数法对参试杂交种第7天的12项指标进行耐盐碱性评价及因子分析,依据分析结果进行耐盐碱性排序,利用聚类分析法将参试种子分为四大类,其中G4、G5两个材料为高耐盐碱型,G9材料为盐碱敏感性。通过因子分析结果得出,发芽指数、胚根长以及下胚轴干重分别在萌发因子、生长因子以及生物积累量因子中的系数最高,因此可以作为油用型向日葵杂交种萌发期耐盐碱性的筛选指标。The saline-alkali resistance of oil-type sunflower was assessed by simulating the saline-alkali land in Northeast China using a mixed alkali solution with a concentration of 50 mmol/L(NaCl∶Na_2SO_4∶NaHCO_3∶Na_2CO_3=1∶9∶9∶1).Salinity stress was applied to 22 oil-type sunflower seeds,and salinity tolerance evaluation and factor analysis were conducted on the 7th day of the participating hybrids using the membership function method.The results of the analysis showed that the seeds could be divided into four categories based on their salinity tolerance,with G4 and G5 exhibiting high salinity resistance and G9 demonstrating salinity sensitivity.Furthermore,factor analysis revealed that the germination index,radicle length,and hypocotyl dry weight had the highest coefficients among germination factors,growth factors,and bioaccumulation factors,respectively.Thus,these three factors can be used as screening indicators for salinity tolerance during the germination stage of oil-type sunflower hybrids.
