摘　　要：本研究针对种业公司的资本运营与投资回报效益进行了深入探究,明确了资本运营与投资回报效益的相关理论,讨论了种业公司的资本运营模式及其对投资回报效益的影响。研究结果表明,有效的资本运营策略能够优化种业公司的资产结构,提高资本效率,降低财务风险,从而提升投资回报效益。本研究通过对成功与失败的案例进行深入剖析,提供了更具操作性的建议,为种业公司如何进行有效的资本运营,提高投资回报效益提供了理论指导与实践参考。This study delves into the capital operation and investment return benefits of seed companies.It clarifies the relevant theories of capital operation and investment return benefits,discusses the capital operation mode of seed companies and its impact on investment return benefits.The research results indicate that effective capital operation strategies can optimize the asset structure of seed companies,improve capital efficiency,reduce financial risks,and thus enhance investment return benefits.Through an in-depth analysis of successful and unsuccessful cases,this article provides more operational suggestions,offering theoretical guidance and practical reference for seed companies on how to carry out effective capital operations and improve investment return benefits.
