摘　　要：本研究通过文献分析和案例研究,从投资决策、融资决策和分红政策等方面,系统分析财务决策对种业公司绩效的潜在影响机制。研究结果显示,投资决策对企业绩效的影响是显著的。种业公司在技术创新和生产能力上的投资,有助于提高生产效率和产品质量,从而促进企业绩效的持续改善。融资决策也对企业绩效产生重要影响。通过优化融资结构,种业公司可以降低融资成本,增强财务稳健性,从而提高企业盈利水平。此外,合理的分红政策可以激励股东积极参与企业经营,对企业的长期发展和绩效表现产生积极影响。通过分析财务决策对企业绩效的影响,可以为管理层提供战略决策的思路,帮助其在竞争激烈的市场环境中制定科学合理的发展战略,增强企业的市场竞争力,以期为种业公司的战略决策提供参考依据。This study systematically analyses the potential impact mechanisms of financial decisions on the performance of seed companies in terms of investment decisions, financing decisions and dividend policies through literature analysis and case studies. The findings demonstrate that investment decisions significantly affect corporate performance. Investments in technological innovation and production capacity by seed industry companies contribute to improved production efficiency and product quality, thereby fostering continuous enhancement of corporate performance. Financing decisions also play a crucial role in corporate performance. Optimizing the financing structure allows seed companies to lower financing costs and strengthen financial stability, leading to higher profitability. Furthermore, a well-designed dividend policy can incentivize shareholders to actively engage in corporate operations, positively impacting the long-term development and performance of the company. Analyzing the impact of financial decision-making on corporate performance provides valuable insights for management to devise strategic decisions. It aids them in formulating scientifically sound development strategies to enhance the company's market competitiveness amidst a fiercely competitive market environment. This study aims to offer a reference basis for strategic decision-making in seed industry companies.
