摘  要:光-储-充的发展以及直流负荷的逐年攀升使得直流源储荷接入交流配电网的并网损耗日益严重,而交直流混合配电网因其网架结构灵活与利于直流源储荷接入的特点而得到广泛关注。提出考虑电压源型换流器(VSC)与光-储-充协同配置的交直流混合配电网规划模型,使用基于多离散场景的分布鲁棒(DRO)方法处理直流负荷的不确定性,并采用列与约束生成(CCG)算法求解。仿真结果证明,所提的模型能够充分发挥交直流混合配电网优势的同时激发运营商投资的积极性。The development of photovoltaic-storage-charging and DC load increase year by year make the loss of DC source-storageload integrating into AC distribution network increasingly serious.But AC-DC hybrid distribution network has received much attention because of its flexible grid structure and favorable DC source-storage-load integration.Based on this,the paper proposes a AC-DC hybrid distribution network planning model for the coordinated configuration of voltage source converter and the photovoltaic-storagecharging.The distributionally robust optimization(DRO)method based on multiple discrete scenarios is adopted to deal with the uncertainties of DC load,and a column and constraint generation(CCG)algorithm is used to solve the model.The simulation results show that the proposed model can take full advantage of the AC-DC hybrid distribution network while enhancing the investment enthusiasm of the operators.
