摘  要:为解决传统输配割裂机组组合运行方式导致的电网堵塞问题,提出一种考虑储能荷电状态约束的输配协同机组组合优化模型。首先,基于分布式优化理论将模型分解成输电网机组组合模型和配电网经济调度模型。然后,采用增量分段方法和二阶锥技术将模型中的非线性项转化为混合整数线性规划问题,并利用交替方向乘子法(ADMM)对所提模型进行迭代求解。最后,通过算例分析表明所提算法和优化模型有助于提高配电网对新能源的消纳能力,保证了输配电网运行的经济性。To solve the problem of power grid blockage caused by the unit commitment mode of traditional transmission and distribution network,the paper proposes the unit commitment optimization model of the transmission and distribution coordination considering the state of charge constraint of energy storage.Firstly,based on the distributed optimization theory,the model is decomposed into a unit commitment model of the transmission network and an economic dispatch model of the distribution network.Then the incremental piecewise method and the second-order cone technique are used to transform the nonlinear term in the model into a mixed integer linear programming problem,and the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)is used to iteratively solve the proposed model.Finally,the example analysis shows that the proposed algorithm and optimization model are helpful to improve the integration capacity of renewable energy into the distribution network,ensuring the economic operation of the transmission and distribution network.
