摘  要:为了提高钛合金铸件内部缺陷检出率,从钛合金铸件内部缺陷产生的原理、缺陷类型、缺陷特征出发,结合其表面状况、微观晶粒粗大等特点及铸件热等静压特有工序,优先选择射线检测方法进行内部缺陷检测。在射线机参数选择上,优先选用管电流大于10 mA的固定式射线机,透照时,便于使用大的曝光量,较低的管电压,得到较高对比度、清晰度的底片。发现更细小的缺陷,提高缺陷检出率,更好地控制钛合金铸件内部质量。In order to improve the detection rate of internal defects in titanium alloy castings,this article suggests to utilize radiographic testing preferentially,starting from the defect generating principles,types and characteristics,considering its special surface condition and thicker micro grain,as well as the special process of hot isostatic pressing in castings.As for the apparatus parameter selection,it is preferred to select stationary apparatus with tube current no less than 10 mA.During the radiography,larger exposure and lower tube voltage shall be selected.In order to obtain radiograph with higher contrast and sharpness,which thinner defect may be found by this way,and thus improving the detection rate and the internal quality control of titanium alloy casting.
